- ESIS Partnership Associate

JOB DESCRIPTIONJoin the ESIS Construction Practice as a Partnership Associate, supporting a team of partnership leaders and contributing to the success of a top-performing group within ESIS. Familiarity with subcontractor enrollments, construction programs, and OCIP/CCIP is a plus.
Role Overview:
- Develop carrier protocols and requirements for account implementation and management specific to the Construction Practice.
- Ensure consistency, direction, quality, and accuracy in performance, and support the integration of all Chubb/ESIS products and services for the construction business segment, particularly in administrative services.
- Assist in the development and delivery of key client materials, including:
- Renewal activities
- Presentation development
- Loss run management
- Manage vendor relationships related to the Construction Practice, including expense management for administrative functions.
- Engage and collaborate with internal and external business partners, such as:
- Carrier partners
- ESIS partners
- Broker community
- Key client prospects
- Develop and maintain monthly and quarterly Salesforce reports for new business goals, renewals, and lost accounts.
- Support Account Executives by completing and monitoring a variety of tasks to ensure consistent client service, including:
- Managing PL and Central Ops renewal process checklists
- Inputting data into CRM tools
- Preparing department-specific documents
- Coordinating audit preparation
- Maintaining internal team rosters and system updates
- Updating spreadsheets
- Entering data into EASE for carriers and new business
- Overseeing Salesforce.com data integrity
- Ensuring timely completion of peer-to-peer reviews
