What We Are Seeking
For this full-time Personal Lines Account Manager role, we are seeking an insurance professional who has great customer services skills, a positive attitude and wants to learn & be part of a fantastic team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated and possess 4-5 years of Personal Lines insurance experience.
Job Responsibilities
- Work in conjunction with Sales to service our customers.
- Answer customer calls and inquiries.
- Enter data into our company management system (Applied Epic).
- Work with carriers on a daily basis.
- Process customer payments when needed.
- Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, reinstatements, and certificates as needed.
- Prepare and review renewal information ensuring adequate coverage and competitive pricing.
Minimum Requirements
- License: Property & Casualty (ANY state)
- 4 years of Personal Lines insurance experience with an independent insurance agency
Preferred Skills
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Management Rating Systems: Applied Rater, Applied Epic, CSR24 and Zywave
- Computer Skills: MS Teams, MS Outlook, Adobe, MS Excel
