We are seeking a driven, consultative, and retention-oriented Client Relationship Manager to lead and expand a portfolio of affinity insurance programs serving some of the most recognized franchise and QSR brands in the country. This is an opportunity to step into a highly visible role where you will influence client strategy, drive business growth, and partner with industry leaders to deliver tailored risk solutions that create measurable impact. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and enjoys combining relationship management, strategic sales, and industry expertise to help clients navigate complex challenges and unlock long-term success. We are open to candidates located near Marsh offices across the United States, offering flexibility to attract top talent in key markets nationwide.
What You'll Do:
Drive Client Success & Strategic Partnerships
- Serve as a trusted advisor to QSR and franchise clients by delivering customized insurance and risk management strategies aligned to their business objectives.
- Build and strengthen executive-level relationships while ensuring a world-class client experience.
- Lead ongoing program execution with a focus on operational excellence, measurable outcomes, and long-term client retention.
- Collaborate across internal teams and carrier partners to deliver innovative, client-centric solutions.
Lead Business Growth Initiatives
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the QSR and franchise marketplace.
- Analyze market trends, industry developments, and emerging risks to uncover strategic growth opportunities.
- Support business development efforts through consultative presentations, industry networking, and relationship expansion.
- Represent Marsh at conferences, trade associations, and industry events as a visible ambassador of the brand.
Influence Strategy & Innovation
- Help shape the future direction of the affinity practice through strategic thinking, market insight, and operational leadership.
- Partner with leadership to enhance service offerings and expand market presence.
- Contribute ideas that improve client engagement, operational efficiency, and competitive differentiation.
Mentor & Collaborate
- Support and mentor team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.
- Partner cross-functionally with colleagues across sales, service, analytics, and operations to deliver exceptional results.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in insurance, affinity programs, franchise operations, or client relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the QSR, hospitality, or franchise ecosystem preferred.
- Demonstrated success building trusted relationships and growing strategic accounts.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities with attention to detail.

Marsh is committed to hybrid work, which includes the flexibility of working remotely and the collaboration, connections and professional development benefits of working together in the office. All Marsh colleagues are expected to be in their local office or working onsite with clients at least three days per week. Office-based teams will identify at least one "anchor day" per week on which their full team will be together in person.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $120,500 to $256,700.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
